The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and any related policy documents published by tkpwin:

Use of the tkpwin Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria. Users who do not meet all criteria are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Services.

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on tkpwin. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced through our KYC verification process. 4. One Account Per User: Each individual User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of tkpwin or any of its affiliated entities. tkpwin reserves the right to void any bets and close any accounts held by prohibited persons.
6. Mental Capacity: By registering, you confirm that you are not registering under the influence of substances that impair your judgment and that you are acting of your own free will.

To access tkpwin's full range of Services, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep it updated thereafter. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2. Contact Details: A valid, personally owned email address and Indonesian mobile phone number are required at registration. tkpwin uses these for account verification, transaction notifications, and security alerts.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 4. Password Requirements: Your password must be at least eight (8) characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. tkpwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.
5. Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in its immediate closure.

tkpwin is committed to operating responsibly and in compliance with internationally accepted anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. The following verification requirements apply to all Users:

1. Mandatory KYC: All Users must complete identity verification before making any withdrawal. tkpwin reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including at the point of account registration, before processing deposits above certain thresholds, or when suspicious activity is detected.
2. Required Documents: Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport); (b) a selfie photograph taken alongside your ID; and (c) proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account screenshot showing your name). 4. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of request will result in account suspension. Verified funds will be returned to the source payment method. tkpwin reserves the right to withhold funds where fraud or identity misrepresentation is suspected pending investigation.

tkpwin supports a range of Indonesian local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are supported via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tkpwin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment source. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account tier.
3. Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to the User's Wallet within minutes of confirmation. tkpwin accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
4. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to Users who have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with claimed bonuses, and (c) wagered real-money funds at least once since the most recent deposit.

7. Payment Method Matching: For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. tkpwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
8. Currency: All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). tkpwin does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the User.
9. Transaction Fees: tkpwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transfer fees, for which tkpwin accepts no responsibility.

tkpwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified Users who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; uncompleted requirements result in forfeiture of bonus funds.
3. Bonus Validity: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and free spins expire seven (7) days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the User's Wallet without compensation.
4. Game Restrictions: Wagering contributions toward bonus requirements vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% of each bet. 5. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in a User's Wallet, the maximum stake per bet is Rp 200.000 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may be voided at tkpwin's discretion.
6. Abuse and Fraud: tkpwin reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus — and to suspend the associated Account — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
7. Right to Withdraw: tkpwin may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any bets accepted prior to a promotion's termination will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the tkpwin Platform, across all product verticals including sports betting, live dealer games, slots, and togel:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once tkpwin's system confirms acceptance and a unique bet reference number is issued. In the event of technical failure at the moment of bet placement, the bet shall be void and the stake returned to the User's Wallet.
2. Odds and Prices: All odds are displayed inclusive of tkpwin's margin. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of acceptance are the final odds applicable to that bet.
3. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. tkpwin reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any User at its sole discretion.
4. Palpable Errors: Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data-feed malfunction — tkpwin reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the User's Wallet. "Palpable error" includes odds that deviate materially from the true market price at the time of acceptance.
5. Sports Betting: For bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets and all other sports betting products, bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Subsequent amendments to results (e.g., appeals or disciplinary outcomes) do not affect settled bets unless tkpwin expressly states otherwise.
6. Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the full accumulator to pay out. One void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg; the remaining selections remain active. One losing selection settles the entire accumulator as a loss.
7. Live Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay. tkpwin reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time, including in the event of technical issues or when a material incident occurs in the event being wagered upon.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkpwin Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purpose.
• Creating or operating more than one Account per individual User.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or unintended system behaviours to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any non-human means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against genuine deposits; any such action will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any tkpwin software or platform component.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening tkpwin staff, support agents, or other Users.
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and software available on the tkpwin Platform are the exclusive property of tkpwin or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
2. Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without tkpwin's prior written consent.
3. User-Generated Content: Any content you submit to the Platform (including support messages, reviews, or community posts) grants tkpwin a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content for operational and promotional purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations of liability apply to all Users of the tkpwin Platform:

1. Platform Availability: tkpwin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service outages may affect availability. tkpwin accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
2. Betting Losses: tkpwin accepts no liability for any financial losses sustained by Users as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform. All betting involves inherent financial risk, and Users participate entirely at their own risk.

tkpwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
• Confirmed or suspected match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 after this period; the Account will not be closed without prior notice).
• A User's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Wallet (net of any bonuses subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
